As a former Marine and current Police Officer who serves on a SWAT team and has for the last 14 years I can use my experience in using my products to show you what works best and also last the longest. Nothing I hate worse then spending my hard earned cash on something that doesn’t work as advertised. You won’t have that problem here.

I try to test most of what I sell myself or will contact those who have used it to get real information from operators that have field tested the products I carry. I don’t relay on the manufactures tell me on what I sell. Please email me for any questions. I am always glad to hear from you and will always work with you on you gear needs.

Shipping Information

Most items are Dropped Shipped. I try to stock items that I know sell out fast and hold onto them until they are sold out and then dip into my private reserves. I don't offer upgraded shipping because of backorders. Lets say you select upgraded shipping. The computer automatically charges extra, your item is backordered for a month. When it's in I ship 3 day as you requested a MONTH later. This happened to me at Dell computers. I bought my daughter a lap top for school and was given free 3 day shipping. 3 days later I found out that I got 3 day shipping when they were ready to send it.

This is what I do. If you want it because you just want it let me know and I will see what I can do. if you are shipping out I will do what ever possible to speed things up. Normally I don't even charge for this. I can't tell you how many people have received free upgrades on shipping. Please be honorable and don't take advantage of me as I am trying to help our brave men and women who have to head off to Iraq.

Returns

I don't mind taking returns and issuing a refund.  This is best when done within 30 days of the purchase because after that my computer kicks out the credit information.  Also for packaged items like flashlights that are in clamshell type of plastic.  If it's open it's yours.  Mail it back and you bought it for me.  If it don't work right I will send you a new one but please let me know. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns are not for manufacture problems. Wrong boot sizes dont count. If you buy something then find it in the store the next day there is a 15% restocking fee.   

Order Status

If your order is in stock it will ship as soon as I can get it to ship. If it is backordered you should be hearing from me. I really try to let people know. Do me a favor however and ask. I don't get my feelings hurt when you do. I want to help and sometimes miss the boat and forget to contact all of my customers. I try however but still email me and ask.

Other Stuff

I like hearing from my customers. I try to do this business with the belief that my customers are friends. With each new customer I get a new one. I won't screw my friends over. I am a small business with no body but me doing this. Sometimes I get people angry and well they wind up not being friends but I still try to make all of you good deals and satisfied. If you have pictures of yourselves send them I would like to see you in the gear and ALIVE.

I support the president in the efforts against terrorism. At the same time I want peace and our solders brought home when it is safe to do so. I find that most peace activist never served in the military. As a vet and current cop I believe that those who desire peace the most are the ones who have to stand (in uniform) and defend it. We just don't run around with signs because we have a job to do and also don't want to look like a bunch of idiots. God Bless those who serve. Only you know the cost of peace and what it takes to preserve our freedom.

Questions

Owning this business and also being a Police Officer gives me a unique ability and perspective on what works and what don't. I have used the cheapest crap gear to the best made and found that some of the cheap stuff worked great and the most expensive stuff was all fluff.
